The ceremony is complete, the visions have faded… now what?
Psychedelics like psilocybin can open portals of insight, healing, and expanded awareness. They bring to the surface what’s ready to be seen—old patterns, hidden pain, forgotten wisdom—so that it can be met, worked with, and ultimately transformed and integrated. But the real work of transformation begins after the journey, when we bring these revelations into our daily lives, through inner alchemy into manifestation.
Psychedelic integration is the essential bridge between insight and embodiment. It’s the process of digesting what has surfaced, tending to the emotions and inner parts revealed, and transforming insight into meaningful, sustainable change. Without integration, even the most profound journeys can fade like dreams. But with intention, support, and practice, integration becomes a sacred path of transformation—where healing takes root, and we begin to embody the wholeness we remembered during the journey. Integration is the art of remembering—of bringing the truth, beauty, and wisdom of the medicine home into the body, the mind, and the heart. It’s here that true change becomes lasting.
This IFS Integration Circle Membership was created as a sacred space to support that ongoing process—where the journey doesn’t end when the ceremony closes. Through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), we explore how to meet the parts of us that arise in psychedelic work with compassion, curiosity, and presence. Each month offers a rhythm of live integration sessions, guided meditations, printable integration practices and the container of an online community, designed to help you anchor insight into embodied, everyday change. Together, we walk the spiral path of healing and awakening—bringing the wisdom of the medicine home to the heart, the body, and to life itself.
Gather monthly—online or at the Mandala Sanctuary—to deepen your healing and bring your psychedelic insights into embodied transformation. These gatherings happen on the 3rd Tuesday of every month, at 6:30pm MST. Together, we weave connection, embodiment, and community support into your ongoing integration journey.
